The GOR Group is a woman-founded mission critical workforce development company built on the belief that strong industries begin with strong people, trusted partnerships, and thriving communities.

Founded by Tiffany Kovaleski, The GOR Group brings together more than two decades of experience spanning workforce development, community capacity building, military-connected initiatives, strategic partnerships, and the mission critical industry. Throughout her career, Tiffany saw firsthand that sustainable growth isn't achieved by simply filling positions, it's created by investing in people, strengthening organizations, and partnering with communities for the long term.

That belief became the foundation of The GOR Group.

Guided by our philosophy of Grit Over Résumé, we take a comprehensive approach to workforce development through Training, Development, and Direct Hire. We believe technical skills can be taught, opportunities can be created, and strong industries are built by people who are willing to learn, lead, and grow.

Everything we do is rooted in partnership. We listen before we lead, meet communities where they are, and collaborate with organizations, educators, industry leaders, and local partners to build capacity from within.
